Kanye West and Kim Kardashian-West have welcomed their fourth child via surrogate.

On Friday (May 10), Kim revealed her surrogate has given birth to a healthy baby boy via the tweet, “He’s here and he’s perfect!” The surrogate went into labor earlier than expected on Thursday afternoon (May 9). Kim was all set to surprise her mother Kris Jenner with the news on the Ellen show. However, since Kim couldn’t make it, her sister Kourtney covered her and delivered the news on the show.

Back in January, Kim revealed her child’s gender on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen alongside her sisters Kourtney and Khloe. During her appearance, Cohen asked if Kanye and Kim are working on their next child. Mrs. West responded by confirming the rumors about their new child. She even admitted how the story about the couple’s baby boy got out in the first place.

“I got drunk at our Christmas party and told people and I can’t remember who I told,” Kim told Cohen.

‘Ye and Kim’s newborn son comes days after they hit the red carpet at the 2019 Met Gala. The power couple strayed away from the proposed camp theme of this year’s gala. Yeezy kept it simple by wearing a black track jacket and some dark pants. Meanwhile, Kim rocked a stunning translucent dress as she made her way around the gala.

The new addition to the family joins the couple’s previous children North (5), Saint (3) and Chicago (1). Congratulations to Kanye and Kim on the birth of their baby boy!

The news hit social media in the early hours of this morning that the singer has been picked up and is currently being questioned at the office of the agency.

Although reports have not been expressly stated or publicised as to why the singer has been arrested but there are valid suggestions that it could be as a result of the statement he made a couple of weeks back that expressly supports “Yahoo Yahoo” (internet fraud).

The statement caused bad-blood between himself and few other artistes who admonished him never to make such miserable remark which glorifies the social decadence and there are underground reports it could be one or two of those artistes that have sold him to the EFCC.

We will bring you more updates on the matter as events unfold.

NEWS : Police arrest fake lawyer who practised for 15 years

Nemesis yesterday caught up with Chris Elisha, a fake lawyer who has freely practised for 15 years. His cover was blown at the Ojo Magistrate court where he appeared on behalf of an accused person, but found it difficult to move a motion for the variation of the bail condition of his client.

This was noticed by a barrister, Nnamdi Samuel Nwafor, who challenged his qualification. According to Nwafor, a newly qualified lawyer that is yet to cut his teeth at the bar would have been able to move a motion without qualms. The hot argument between both men attracted the attention of other lawyers and the court duty policemen.

The officers took the suspect to the nearby Ojo Police Station where he confessed that he is a mere “charge and bail lawyer” who had been practising for the past 15 years. He claimed he was more into corporate law practice and does little of litigation. He stated further that he read law at Eastern Ukrainian University, in the former Soviet Union but had no certificate to show for it

A statement by the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Chike Oti, said the suspect is currently undergoing interrogation at the X-Squad Section of the State Police Command Headquarters and would be charged to court at the conclusion of investigation.

Meanwhile, operatives of the Zonal Intervention Squad (ZIS), Assistant Inspector-General of Police (AIG) Zone II, Onikan, Lagos, have arrested an ex-convict, Adediran Lateef and two others for alleged robbery within Lagos-Ogun border communities.

Lateef was apprehended at about 1:00p.m. on January 28, around Ijoko-Otta, while his gang was allegedly operating in the area. Also arrested were the alleged receivers of goods stolen by the robbers, Emmanuel Abiola and Kayode Ogundipe.

It was gathered that the police recovered two locally-made pistols, a single-barrel gun, 24 live cartridges and assorted charms from the suspects.
According to the police, Lateef later took detectives to the gang’s hideout where Adenusi Wasiu (Babanla) and Ayo Nureni (Gomes) were arrested.

The Zonal spokesperson, Dolapo Badmos, a Superintendent of Police (SP), said the suspects specialised in robbing residents of Lagos and Ogun States. She said: “The suspects specialised in terrorising Abeokuta, Sango and Ijoko-Otta areas. The ZIS received a distress call that robbers were in action around Ijoko-Otta.

“The operatives moved swiftly into action and Lateef was arrested. In the course of investigation, we discovered that he was an ex-convict. He led detectives to the gang’s hideout and others were arrested. The suspects confessed during investigation that they have been in the business for years.”

SPORT : Guardiola confirms Aguero out of Man City’s clash with Cardiff

The Argentine striker limped out of the win over Fulham and is not available on Wednesday but could return for the FA Cup semi-final against Brighton

Pep Guardiola has confirmed that Sergio Aguero will miss Manchester City’s Premier League meeting with Cardiff City on Wednesday.

The 30-year-old limped out of his side’s 2-0 win over Fulham on Saturday, with Guardiola having initially been hopeful that the injury was not serious and that he would be in contention to face Cardiff.

Aguero had provided the assist for Bernardo Silva’s fifth-minute opener at Craven Cottage before scoring his 19th Premier League goal of the season before half-time.

He was replaced by Gabriel Jesus after 57 minutes, however, with Guardiola revealing after the match that the switch was a precautionary measure.

Aguero hasn’t trained since, though, and will now miss the game against Cardiff that gives City the opportunity to move one point ahead of Liverpool in the Premier League title race.

The Spaniard told reporters in his pre-match press conference: “He didn’t train the last two days, tomorrow he is not able [to play]. Maybe [he’ll be ready for] Saturday, but we will see in the next days.”

City are chasing an unprecedented quadruple, with Guardiola’s side still in with a chance of claiming league, FA Cup and Champions League glory having already won the Carabao Cup.

But the former Barcelona boss is urging caution and warned his players that they risk “losing everything” if their levels drop.

He added: “Everyone is excited about the next weeks, but we also know we can lose everything. It’s amazing to have this opportunity, to be there.

“Beating Cardiff is our main target, then we go to Wembley and we want to try win a trophy I have never won.”

That Wembley date sees City face Brighton in the FA Cup semi-final before their Champions League quarter-final meeting with Premier League rivals Tottenham.

The fate of the title race is also in their hands, with City knowing that they will have a game in hand over Liverpool after the Reds’ game away at Southampton on Friday evening.

That match is against rivals United on April 24, with the result potentially having a huge bearing on who will be crowned champions, as Guardiola’s side aim to defend their title and Liverpool look for their first championship win since 1989-90
