Omah Lay delivers a new EP “What Have We Done”

Fast rising Afrobeat singer and also multi-talented recording artiste Omah Lay releases a brand new body of work titled “We Have You Done” EP. This after the Huge success of his debut project – ‘Get Layd’ EP which housed all the hit tracks; ‘Bad Influence‘, ‘You‘, ‘Ye Ye Ye‘, ‘Lo lo lo‘ and ‘Damn‘.

After the success of His Debut single “YOU”, Omah Lay hoped to make a statement with the ‘Get Layd‘ EP showing off His range and how He can’t be boxed into one sound. He made A Big Statement with his own new sound From The Mellow, sultry vibes on “Damn’ to the rugged masochistic delivery on ‘Ye Ye Ye’… In no time his name became a huge force in the Nigerian music industry, holding top spot and locking major music charts down for weeks into months.

On his debut EP music fans experienced less text and more music from Omah Lay. The 5 track project set a Big Standard for Omah among his peers, took him higher and made everyone even the A-listers crown him as the next king of Afrobeat.

This new EP “We Have You Done” consist of 4 new tracks solely delivered by Omah with quality production from @tempoe_ , @echotheguru, @tuzi_beatz and a Bonus track (Damn ft. rapper 6lack) produced by @bizzouch_ . Omah Lay produced the 4th track on the EP – ‘Confession‘ himself.

SIMI RELEASED HER MUCH ANTICIPATED EP TITLED “RESTLESS”.

Much after the anticipation of the EP from Simi after the No Longer Beneficial off the EP she finally released the EP titled restless.

Later on Simi dropped her Sophomore album “Simisola” in Sept, 2017. The ‘Simisola’ album hit the Billboard World Music charts at number 5, debuted at number 1 on both the Apple Music and iTunes chart, and held its position for three weeks. The album, which currently stands at number 2, is still going strong. Lead single, ‘Joromi’ became an instant favourite, ringing through the airwaves of both local and international radio, all tracks on the album were hits and loved by all. Patoranking Ignites the moment with his new body of work – “Three” The Album

Nigerian Born Reggae-Dancehall singer who now combines Afropop to his sound Patoranking releases his third studio album titled “THREE”, just as promised. Both grounded and inventive, Patoranking’s Three explores themes of Life, Love and Joy with Sauti Sol, Tiwa Savage and others each adding their own regional flair

One of African music’s most multifaceted artists, PATORANKING is an international reggae star whose dancehall anthems have resonated from Nigeria to Jamaica, his big hits; ‘Girlie O’, ‘My Woman, My Everything’, ‘No Kissing’ and ‘Love You Die’, ‘Alubarika’, ‘This Kind Love’, ‘Suh Different’, ‘Confirm’, ‘Available’. ‘Happy Day’, ‘Another Level’ among others have made him an Afropop icon across the continent.

He’s extended his influence into North America through partnerships and touring with hip-hop/soul icon Ms Lauryn Hill. PATORANKING recently launched the ALU Patoranking Scholarship, offering 10 scholarships for students from across Africa to attend the African Leadership University. Forbes Africa also named him a recipient of the 30 under 30 class for 2020. “Three is a strong number, “PATORANKING says of the album title’s significance. “They good things come in three. In making the album, I tried to look at love, life and happiness. If you are listening to any of the tracks, even if it is a dance track, I want you to feel love.”

03 Greedo is currently behind bars but thankfully, he left us with a surplus of music to enjoy while he’s away. By the time he turned himself in to serve his 20-year sentence, it was revealed that he would be eligible for parole in 2020. Unfortunately, that motion was recently denied. However, he recently blessed fans with his latest project, Load It Up Vol. 1 with Ron-Ron The Producer. The follow-up to 2019’s Netflix & Deal arrived with features from Chief Keef, Z Money, and more, but one important track was missing.

Greedo interpolates Jennifer Lopez’s “If You Had My Love” for “Lie To Me.”

Greedo unleashed a new song just days after the project’s release that never made the cut due to sample clearance. “Lie To Me” surfaced on Soundcloud on Monday. Though it didn’t end up on the final tracklist, 03 Greedo told Jeff Weiss of Passion Of The Weiss that this was the most necessary song on the tape. Check it out below

Produced by Cracker Mallo and recorded in Tiwa’s home city of Lagos, Nigeria, “Dangerous Love” is the perfect blend of R&B and Afrobeats. With a powerful, enchanting chorus and silky ‘afro’ beat throughout, the mid-tempo record is a representation of Tiwa’s musical growth and preview to her upcoming project. ”Dangerous Love is such a vibe! It’s a song that is basically about a girl who is dipping in and out of a ‘relationship’ with a guy that really doesn’t deserve her time or attention. She knows that he is bad for her but she gambling with her heart anyway.” Says Tiwa Savage. “I feel like every girl and maybe guys too can relate to this one.”

This new record “Koroba” has a faster tempo and dance vibe than her previous release. The song comes with a dance #KorobaChallenge which is ready trending and making the top list of Triller App.
